The Minister of Family and Equal Opportunities, Thomas Violante, along with the mayor of San Javier, Visitation Martinez, today visited the nursing home Messengers of Peace of the town.

This residential center has a total of 102 seats, 100 of them agreed with the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS) and a level close to 100% occupancy.

The minister stressed the care provided to the elderly in these facilities and the quality of services, in fact, the Messengers of Peace Association, which has nursing homes in other towns such as Cartagena, Totana and Villanueva del Segura, It has the EFQM European quality label, which certifies excellence in all its centers.
