The Alzheimer's Association Mar Menor (AMMA), which is based in San Pedro del Pinatar, meets today a year of life, coinciding with the celebration of World Day of the disease and has celebrated this anniversary with an information table in the square of the Constitution.
The Councillor for Citizen Participation, Fuensanta Garcia, visited the members and volunteers of the association since its inception working to provide help and support to both Alzheimer's patients in the region and their families, with specific workshops and lectures , information and awareness activities, counseling, etc.
AMMA is headquartered in the home of Benedict Raimundo Pensioner San Pedro del Pinatar, which provides information and support on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 to 13:30.
