The council has received this recognition by the local volunteer program that, among other lines, including a volunteer program in nursing homes.
Volunteer Councilman San Javier, Daniel Perez, has collected today the recognition of Lares Federation (Federation nonprofit residences of Murcia) Plan for the development of local volunteer in the residence of The Messengers peace of the town.
This federation has awarded today in Molina de Segura various entities, organizations and people for their solidarity and altruism, to mark the Volunteer Day, which is celebrated on December 5th.
The local volunteer plan, which since its launch four years ago has had more than a hundred volunteers, has developed various lines of work in the social and civic field, among which are the volunteers working with residences older of the town, in workshops and other dynamic activities.
From the Messengers Residence of Peace, where the plan materialized in a collaboration agreement with the City Council in 2014, they have proposed the consistory for the awards after the good results that are giving this online volunteer at the center and its wide acceptance by of older workers and volunteers.
