In the now arrested a man and a woman of Belgian nationality and Ecuador, are charged with the alleged commission of the crimes of Fraud and Misappropriation
The Guardia Civil of Almoradi, during the afternoon of Monday (02) was able to detain in the same town in Alicante to a man and a woman of Belgian nationality and Ecuador, respectively, as alleged perpetrators of fraud and misappropriation and that respond identifying the signs of (YVB) man 60 years old and (GCFH) wife of 57 years.
In early January, the Civil Guard Almoradí learned that two companies engaged in the import and marketing of vehicles nationwide, with commercial premises open to the public in the towns of Cox (A) and San Pedro del Pinatar ( Murcia), were devoted to the recovery of the amount of vehicles which then did not deliver, given the circumstance that entity, number of complaints and continuity, was already creating some alarm.
Under the guise of serious and experienced company, attracting clients (individuals or firms) to sell high-end vehicles and a half, preferably imported or brand, providing economic benefits in light of market prices, by requiring the completion of the contract, delivery of a substantial amount of money, sometimes to the entire amount, or the delivery of promissory notes or bills of exchange guaranteed, as well as the deposit reserve vehicles for passenger cars.
Exceeded the limits established in the contracts, the vehicles were not delivered to customers, nor returned the money, it is impossible to contact them for having closed the location of local business and found missing.
Apparently, these people also created franchise workshops dedicated to selling used cars or importation, commercial contract prior franchisee, thus disbursing large sums of money.
Given these facts, the Civil Guard began an arduous and complicated investigation that has culminated with the arrest in Almoradi, last Monday the 2 of those suspected of offenses reported.
It has also been contacted with a large number of people, both physical and legal persons who, victims of the illegal conduct carried out by this commercial, they feel aggrieved by it having lodged complaints with the Civil Guard and National Police in different parts of the country national.
For now been detected around a hundred and fifty cases, all while continuing to receive reports from different parts of the national territory, can reach the value of the scheme the amount of two million euros.
The proceedings initiated arrested and became available to the Judicial Authority.
