"Habits for healthy aging" is the title of a course at the Universidad Internacional del Mar to be held in the town of San Pedro del Pinatar during the week of 14 to 18 September.
The course aims to disseminate from a multidisciplinary perspective the most important characteristics of aging, especially those related to the care and implementation of healthy habits to achieve healthy and active aging.
The activity is directed by Vicente Vicente Ortega, professor and Director of the Research Institute on Aging, University of Murcia, who will handle the inaugural conference.
Prevention of brain aging, aging healthy eating, prevention of skin aging, sexuality or physical activity, will be among the topics to be addressed.
