ACR --- A man, aged 35 and resident of San Pedro del Pinatar - was delivered yesterday to the local police in that city and was arrested as an alleged perpetrator of a homicide committed in the afternoon yesterday.
Apparently, the incidents occurred when the detainee was made in the Barrio del Carmen, in the same town, and after discussing with the victim, a 25-year-old brandished a short firearm and fired three shots at it, after he left the place.
Later, the individual voluntarily to the checkpoint of the local police to arrest him and the involvement of weapon used, a Beretta 92 FS as well as two magazines and several cartridges in his pocket.
As for the victim, who had a gunshot wound to the abdomen and two in the chest, was taken to hospital in Los Arcos, Santiago de la Ribera (San Javier), where he died shortly before midnight.
The Judicial Police team of the Civil Guard took over the custody and direct the actions by this fact, while the deceased was taken to the Forensic Anatomical Institute.
